Online Consultation

A focused video consultation of up to two hours.

We will discuss your dog, the problems you are experiencing and the practical steps available moving forward.

This service is suitable for owners seeking:

A professional opinion on their dog’s behaviour
Help understanding why the behaviour may be occurring
Management advice
Training priorities
Equipment guidance
A second opinion following previous training
Clarity about whether further in-person support may be required

An online consultation provides guidance and direction but does not include a complete written behavioural plan unless this is selected separately.

Remote Assessment and Bespoke Training Plan

A more comprehensive remote service for owners who need a structured programme.

This includes:

A detailed remote assessment
Review of your dog’s history and current behaviour
Video review where appropriate
A bespoke written assessment
A personalised training and management plan
A follow-up implementation session
Delivery through Teams or another suitable video platform

This option may be appropriate for owners outside the East Midlands, those requiring detailed household guidance or cases where useful work can begin remotely.

Some behavioural concerns cannot be assessed fully online. Where face-to-face support, veterinary input or a different professional is required, we will explain this honestly.
